Dusk till Dawn explores the interplay between dualities through two opposing black and white fabrics, joined and interwoven with strips from the same material to create a seamless, continuous flow. Both panels portray the same landscape infused with distinct energies one measured and composed, the other restless and untamed gradually dissolving into each other to evoke a dialogue between control and chaos.
Here I have used my previous printed fabrics - The Devore "Moonlit Whimsy" from "The Zenith of Her" collection and a lino printed fabric from "Bittersweet Sovereignty" to repurpose these "synthetics" fabric I had.
